Work with me one-to-one, online or in-person, to address your specific movement goals at your own pace. Whether you're preparing for surgery, building confidence before joining a group, or prefer personalised attention over classes, private sessions give you focused support tailored to exactly what you need.

Private Sessions

    • 60-minute sessions (online or in-person)

Group Classes

Small group classes (maximum 6 people) with emphasis on refining alignment, practicing balance, coordinating mobility, and building strength. You'll receive personalised modifications and content tailored to the needs of the group.

    • Weekly classes in person during term time

    • Access to online live classes and recordings for flexibility and home practice

    • Personalised modifications, content tailored to needs of the group

  • Beginners and improvers seeking guided movement practice in a small group setting. (New to movement? We recommend a private session first to prepare you for group classes.)

    • Bodyspace Movement Studio, Enstone during term time.

    • St Andrew’s Church, Summertown, Oxford: Tuesdays 10am during term time.

    • Booking essential.

Online Live Classes

Join live classes from home, twice weekly. Choose one class or both depending on your focus and schedule.

    • Live classes (Mondays & Thursdays, 9am)

    • All class recordings for flexibility

    • Access to Movement Fundamentals Library

    • Term time only

    • Anyone preferring to learn online from home

    • Those wanting guided practice without weekly studio commitment

    • Learners who like flexibility (catch recordings if you miss live)

    • People wanting to complement private sessions or studio classes

Premium Movement Coaching

I work with a limited number of clients who need intensive, customized support tailored to their specific needs and situation. This can include flexible scheduling outside normal teaching hours, home visits, or extended studio sessions—whatever works best for you. Sessions are designed in succession to build accountability and support embodied learning over time.
