You'll receive detailed follow-up notes and a plan after your session, so you have something clear to take away and work with at home.

Available in the studio in Enstone, Oxford or online via video call. Ideal if you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, navigating menopause, or simply want to understand how to move better without fear of getting it wrong.
