I offer small studio group classes with a maximum of 6 people, personal 1-1 sessions in-studio and online, and two regular online classes — Align and Move on Monday mornings and Feet, Legs, Hips and Balance on Thursday mornings. For those wanting a more dedicated and tailored experience, I also offer premium private sessions including home visits. All sessions are personalised to you and where you are right now.

The best place to start is with a private session. It gives us time to talk through your health history, understand what you're currently managing, and work out the right approach for you. From there we can look at whether group classes, regular 1-1 sessions, or a combination of both would suit you best. Just get in touch and we can have a conversation.

Rather than following a set routine, we work with your body, your history, and what you're managing right now — at a pace that works for you. I take time to listen and understand your specific needs, so that the movements and modifications we work on together make sense for you and your body.
Many clients come having tried other classes that didn't account for their injuries, surgeries, or changing bodies. This is a space where all of that is taken into account from the start.

The easiest way to get in touch is via the contact page on this website, or you can email me directly at [your email address]. I'm happy to have a conversation before you commit to anything — just say hello and we can take it from there.

My approach draws from over 20 years of working across remedial massage, myofascial release, Pilates, somatics, restorative exercise, biomechanics, pelvic floor training, and foot restoration. Rather than following a single method, I bring together what is most relevant for you from everything I have learned and observed working with hundreds of women across all ages, stages, and conditions.
What keeps coming back to me is this — there is no single thing that works for every body. Starting where you are, not where you think you should be, is always the best place to begin. From there, movement becomes less about fixed drills and routines and more about curiosity, exploration, and finding what actually works for your body in daily life.
My aim is always to translate the technical into plain, practical language — so you can learn to understand and work with your own body, whatever your age or starting point.

Yes. Working in an interdisciplinary way means sessions can be adapted to meet a wide range of needs and conditions. Over the years I have worked with clients managing hypermobility, EDS, osteoporosis, scoliosis, rheumatoid arthritis, pelvic organ prolapse, pre and post natal challenges, pelvic floor concerns, scar tissue following surgery, spinal, hip, knee and shoulder replacements, movement practice while navigating cancer treatment and recovery, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, balance, and general stiffness and poor mobility — among many others.
If you have a specific condition or situation and want to know if I can help, just get in touch and we can arrange a conversation.

The studio is located on a private farm in Lidstone, near Enstone, Oxfordshire. I also work with clients online and run group class in North Oxford on Tuesdays. You can find full details and directions for the studio on the location page.

Yes — your first class is free for both studio group sessions and online group classes. It's a great way to experience the sessions and see if they feel right for you before committing. Just get in touch to arrange your free class.

It really depends on what works best for you. Some clients come once a week, others twice. Studio group members enjoy the flexibility of combining one in-person and one online class each week — which is also the best value option.
For 1-1 clients it varies too. Some prefer a series of sessions close together to build momentum before joining a group, while others like a monthly check-in to progress their home practice — with additional support from the online library in between.
There's no right or wrong — we can work out what makes sense for you as we go.

My sessions are primarily designed for women, and most of my clients are female. That said, I do occasionally work with men on a case by case basis. If you'd like to find out more, just get in touch.
