Client Reviews
Apart from being an extremely personable instructor, Hayley is remarkably in tune with her clients and always offers alternatives for any move she anticipates might be challenging. Her classes are a pleasure to attend—friendly atmosphere, lovely group—and she also offers online sessions, which are so convenient for me. I’m far more flexible than I would be otherwise. She has made me more aware of my posture, the importance of keeping moving, and attending to each part of my body. Even if I’ll never be a Jane Fonda, I can feel the benefits of her classes, and her enthusiasm is infectious! I’ve been with Hayley for a few years now and will continue to enjoy her classes for as long as I can.
— Ursula JohnsonI was a sceptical pilates person before I met Hayley, but she has completely changed the way I perceive this/ her practice and it’s part in all the other things we do for our health and wellbeing as we age! I have got to know my body, my physical quirks and how to address them so much better since I started her classes. I would said I have become more intentional in my movement.
I am a fit 63 and basically want to do more travelling, sport, adventuring, playing around, playing around with grandchildren, HAVING FUN! and more for as many years as possible, without getting injured or feeling I cannot do it. Hayley’s practice puts this all into a highly detailed, practical perspective that you could NOT do at home without her guidance.
The sessions focus on guiding us through extremely precise movements to support our pelvic floor, hip health, spine health, posture, foot health, balance, chest, shoulders, breath - all interrelated and interconnected.
She is so knowledgeable and the classes are fun, informative and very relaxed while being very precise and stretching you. Classes are floor based not reformer - having experienced both - I much prefer the mat class format because of the guided element and we are all in it together. I also far prefer it to yoga because it is softer and more explanatory. She has has online options, video libraries and very useful newletters.
I have really appreciated Hayley’s professionalism, friendliness and solution-based classes and the jolly barn room in Enstone full of plants and pictures and very comfy mats. I cannot recommend Bodyspace Movement enough - and really good value!
— Jen AdamsI've been working with and learning from Hayley since 2009. I'm an ex-international sportswoman and now gardener, so I occasionally have physical aches & pains to attend to! But, thanks to Hayley, I can now rely on my improved posture and functional strength to get myself back into 'working order'!
I think Hayley's superpower is her deep knowledge of body mechanics and the care she takes to safely progress me through every class.
— Jenny ChambersHayley is brilliant. Highly recommend. When I started her align and move online class, i was in a lot of pain, couldn't walk far, limping and miserable. A few months later, I can walk for an hour, or more and with a spring in my step! Thank you Hayley.
— Trish BartleyI can highly recommend Bodyspace Movement pilates. Classes are fun, relaxed and very supportive with exercises that can be adapted for the individuals in the class. You will leave the class feeling stronger and more supple every time.
— Catherine DicksonHayley is a very experienced holistic Pilates teacher who runs exceptional classes. She adapts to each person's ability and it is a non judgmental, safe and fun space. I can highly recommend her.
— Sarah TribeI’ve been going to Hayley’s classes for nearly two years and they are amazing. Hayley knows every bone, muscle and tendon in the body and the interrelationship of them all. She also has an imaginative way of describing what she wants us to do that translates her knowledge into something understandable. I come away from every class feeling much more mobile and taller than I was an hour earlier. It’s a friendly class too. I highly recommend it.
— Sally CherubiniHayley is the most knowledgable and approachable Pilates coach I know. I would highly recommend her.
