About this class
Reduce the information overwhelm and bring more fun to your foot health and balance practice.
There are so many factors to cranky feet, poor balance and joint pain, so knowing where to start can be really bamboozling.
We will cover key practices that you can do anytime at home during the week and apply to your daily living.
This class helps you take care of them, learn to love them a little more and boost your confidence in taking more steps towards doing what you love for longer.
There is a lot of information to learn about feet but really, the best way to learn is through experiencing the movements in your body.
Happy feet for daily living.
Foot pain can impact balance, getting up and down from the floor, and can very quickly impact your ability to do simple daily tasks and you may even start to avoid certain activities.
If you love walking, hiking, yoga, pilates, jumping, karate, any kind of physical activity or simple tasks like playing with your kids or grand kids on the floor, taking care of your foot strength, toe mobility and strength, plus linking foot patterns to the hip can transform how you move in daily life and increase your confidence in your balance and stability.
Learning the principles and techniques that move you towards happier feet can be hard to fit in on top of all the other needs of life.
This class will help feed more foot awareness into your daily movements and support you on your way to happier feet and a stronger foundation.
Simple foot anatomy skills to deepen your understanding and apply to your daily life and movements.
Walking and hiking essential moves for happier feet, ankles, knees, hips and beyond.
