3 Balms To Nourish Your Soles

I regularly massage my feet before I go to bed.

I use different balms depending on the mood and then pop on some socks and let the magic happen while I’m sleeping.

Just 5 minutes of toe lengthening, stretching and mobilising with some attention to the spaces between the metatarsals is enough to help keep my feet supple, flexible and ready for action.

Check out the Bodyspace Movement Library for short videos on how to manually mobilise your feet.

Comfrey and Mallow Foot Balm

I really like this balm for its non-greasy quality. Thicker than most moisturisers, this has a lovely consistency and is a real treat to use.
