I draw from extensive professional training in movement recovery including Comprehensive Studio, Reformer and Mat Pilates, Yoga, Restorative Exercise, Pelvic Floor Care, Menopause Pilates, biomechanics, natural foot function, scar tissue release, Somatic Experiencing and MotherCircle Facilitation.

My interest in human anatomy and the body began at art school and grew when I became a remedial massage therapist building a bodywork and movement practice.
