Consistent day & time in our 6-person maximum studio with props, hands-on adjustments, and progressive skill building.

Weekly Online Class

Choose from specialised sessions targeting different movement patterns - practice from anywhere.

£85 per month

Cancel or pause membership when you need to. Cancellation revokes all access at the end of the billing period.

Classes run on a 6-7 week term basis throughout the year.

Online resources are accessible anytime.
