Consistent day & time in our 6-person maximum studio with props, hands-on adjustments, and progressive skill building.
Weekly Online Class Access
Choose from specialised live and recorded sessions targeting different movement patterns - practice from anywhere.
£85 per month
Cancel or pause membership when you need to. Cancellation revokes all access at the end of the billing period.
Classes run on a 6-7 week term basis throughout the year.
Online resources are accessible anytime.
Movement For Daily Living
All classes are a blend of disciplines and approaches tailored to members of the group. This includes:
functional movements to support bone health for those diagnoses with osteoporosis or osteopenia
pelvic floor health, including movement modifications for those managing pelvic floor symptoms including prolapse, continence and pelvic floor function
foot function, toe alignment, bunions, balance
hyper mobility, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
trauma-informed approach to nervous system regulation
