Consistent day & time in our 6-person maximum studio with props, hands-on adjustments, and progressive skill building.

Weekly Online Class Access

Choose from specialised live and recorded sessions targeting different movement patterns - practice from anywhere.

£85 per month

Cancel or pause membership when you need to. Cancellation revokes all access at the end of the billing period.

Classes run on a 6-7 week term basis throughout the year.

Online resources are accessible anytime.

Movement For Daily Living

All classes are a blend of disciplines and approaches tailored to members of the group. This includes:

  • functional movements to support bone health for those diagnoses with osteoporosis or osteopenia

  • pelvic floor health, including movement modifications for those managing pelvic floor symptoms including prolapse, continence and pelvic floor function

  • foot function, toe alignment, bunions, balance

  • hyper mobility, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome

  • trauma-informed approach to nervous system regulation
