The Adore Your Pelvic Floor Programme

I offer the Adore Your Pelvic Floor programme which is endorsed by Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health Specialists and follows NHS guidelines geared specifically towards women.

Designed for everyone to raise awareness, manage or restore pelvic health and prevent future issues, whether you attend a gym, do yoga, pilates, love to walk, run, dance, work from home or spend all day in the car.

A whole body approach to pelvic floor health and function.

The Adore Your Floor Programme is relevant to all women to help prevent bladder health and pelvic floor concerns and learn how to restore function to return to active daily living with confidence.

This programme aims to help you manage/resolve symptoms of pelvic floor issues, so that you can move and exercise with confidence and get on with living.

Some issues that can arise with the pelvic floor include:

Stress Incontinence

Urge Incontinence

Constipation

Bowel issues

Pelvic organ prolapse

Managing pelvic pain

Each person has their own unique set of circumstances and health history. This programme will help you navigate your way around your anatomy, practice specific movements safely and effectively and as a coach I will support you and signpost you to further appropriate expert help, if and when required.

Understand how scar tissue, tension and breathing mechanics play a role in pelvic floor health.

Take a closer look at daily movement patterns that determine the conditions of your pelvic health and learn how to make simple adjustments for better function.

This programme is available on a 1-1 basis with pre-recorded home practice videos for support between sessions, tailored programming for your specific needs and history.
