Can I change the day I regularly come to face to face classes?
If there is space available and the class is appropriate for you, this can be arranged.
Can I swap to a different day just for next week?
No. For consistency of class content and provision, planning for each separate group is tailored to the members of that group. Swapping is not always appropriate and can disrupt continuity for the members of the group.
When is payment due?
At the beginning of the month.
Is it secure?
Payments are managed through Stripe a secure online payment processing company. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Why is paying monthly easier?
Paying monthly allows you to spread the cost of classes over 12 months reducing the need for up front payments of larger amounts. No need to login in and navigate complicated booking software, simply enter your payment details for your chosen membership and that’s it.
How do I pay?
Stripe accepts debit and credit cards using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Applepay.
What happens if I go on holiday?
You can either choose to access the the library and class recordings for catchup while your are away or when you get back. You can opt out of the whole month when you are away but this will not guarantee your class space when you want to return.
What happens when the instructor goes on holiday or is ill?
In the event of the instructor being unable to teach, they will either provide class cover with a qualified instructor OR provide a pre-recorded class which will be made accessible via the membership portal.
What about Bank Holidays?
There is one Bank Holiday on a Monday which would normally be a zoom class. This week a prerecorded class will be made available via the membership portal.
I’m going to miss 2 classes next month, can I opt out of payments and will you save my space for when I come back?
Bodyspace Movement cannot hold a class space for any person or any length of time. To guarantee your space is retained, the best option is to continue with monthly membership and access the class recordings for catchup or while you are away.
I’m not going to use the library, can I get a discount?
No. Library access is included in class membership because it provides added value for your practice and access to class replays for catch up.
Why are there only 37 face to face classes?
37 weeks of the year correspond with school terms. As I am a parent, this allows me to juggle teaching in school time and parenting in holiday time.
Can I set up a BACS standing order instead of the membership portal?
No. Payments will not be accepted by BACS as this is a less secure method of payment. With Stripe your payments are protected and if refunds are required the process is much easier.
What happens in the event of bad weather and classes are cancelled?
very occasionally classes need to be cancelled for safety reasons. If there is warning of this in advance, a zoom class will be offered at the same time as a replacement. If no advance warning, the class will be cancelled and a pre-recorded class will be provided.
I want to do an occasional extra class. Can I drop in to the zoom session?
Drop in to do extra classes is not available for these classes. If you want to do additional classes, you can sign up to join the zoom class for the whole month or if you want to do an occasional class, you can use the library with your ongoing class membership.
